Heartfelt accolades to you, Jeff Pipes, Karen Katz, Miera Melba and the rest of the talented team at Robb & Stucky! We had our brand new, $ 7. 5 million Direct-lntracoastal Waterway estate in Highland Beach on the market for two years without success in spite of an aggressive advertising and promotional campaign Keenly targeted to both the prospective buyer and the luxury broker community. It wasn’t until your group took the lead with a comprehensive furniture and design package that we were able to secure a qualified buyer – not to mention the two offers we had just prior to accepting this recent offer!

 

Your team went far beyond just furniture and accessories. Jeff and Karen helped structure a business plan and Miera and Lucy certainly designed and executed the plan that included wall and window treatments, state-of-the-art electronics (awnings, shades, theater and multimedia), magnificent furnishings and accessories that were carefully targeted to a broad prospective market that could have been a couple, a family or even a yachtsman bachelor. My marketing team enjoyed working hand-in-glove with you and while we were uncertain about some of the proposed items we have to admit that when the project was complete we loved everything including the outdoor fife-style patio furnishings and accessories.

 

One thing you can be certain … we won’t hesitate involving Robb & Stucky again at the earliest stages of planning, development and construction for three new oceanfront residences we are working on as well as a few luxury condominium projects. If you know of people interested in selling any luxury residential real estate between Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches please don’t hesitate recommending us. We’re nearly out of inventory!

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank Robb & Stucky for helping to get my “baby” sold! It was a labor of love that was conceived prior to 9/11 and, as you know, stayed on the market unsold for almost three years until your company came in to fully furnish it, in less than 3 months. Not only that, because of Robb & Stucky’s great job, I was able to sell my $6.9 million home for $7.2 million!

 

I also want to thank you for the partnership we developed over the course of the past several months. Robb & Stucky’s participation in our broker’s party and the Bob Beamon event brought initial attention to the house. Your ability to offer free advertising and marketing through the newspaper and in-store venues certainly was an extra that smaller design firms could not have provided. It was also delightful to see my project displayed front cover in Boca Design with a five page spread. I understand that Maxine Adler was also able to get the project published in Miami Design, Broward Design and Palm Beach Design … what an added bonus!

 

I can’t end this letter without thanking Miera Melba for her hard work, excellent design, and attention to detail. She was here 24/7 during the design and installation process and really provided white glove service (as did your delivery and installation crew). Miera’s assistance in working with the final homebuyer was terrific and, or course, the fact that you were able to switch out furniture really propelled the sale of the home.

 

If you run into any high end spec home builders who are hesitant to offer their homes turn-key furnished, feel free to send them to me so I can “set them straight” with regards to the advantages of working with a firm with all of it design and marketing resources.
